I tot friday the 13th already over le? How come saturday was such a bad day for mi?? Global warming should bring everything forward, how come moi bad day is after 'friday the 13th'?

Firstly, at the start of work, there is a patient, let's name him 'devil singh' When he step in, Lakshmi was the one attending to him. He told Lakshmi that he wanted to see Doc first as it is an urgent matter. When Question bout the matter he was relunctant to tell us. But instate he ask us bout vaccine. Later on he told Lakshmi to change his record. When she ask him what record he wanna change he become very fustrated and replied the the name on the card is not his name. So Lakshmi ask the patient to rewrite his name on a blank piece of paper so that we can do the changes. But to our suprise, all the spelling is the same the onli different is there is a "DR." infront. =.= When he was rewriting his name, he told us in a very demanding manner "Please change moi name NOW. Right NOW!" when he was still writing his name. Wat an idiot. At that point of time i haven't see the patient card yet. But when the patient go le. We have a look at his past record.

Almost all his record was written with a note. Stating how rude the patient was on that day. there is even once he scolded one of our doctor a "moron."
He will insist on being treated and attended immediatly, irregardless of patient's Q, everytime he comes. Which is what happened yesterday. Patient actually apologised for his own behavior and said that he was sorry and it was not rite of him. He promised he will not be rude to staff again. But all his stupid promises is just to let him get out of the trouble he caused on that day. If he really mean wat he said, he won't be giving us this lousy attitude on yesturday again.

When "Devil singh" return, he question mi bout his name. I show it to him. At the point of time Lakshmi was not in. He gave a remark saying that "indian will always be indian."
When I don't get wat he was saying, he clarify that because Lakshmi never do her job properly by not putting a "Dr" infront of his name. =.=
Anyway he is not a Doctor. He is just pretending to be one. He tot that just by having a DR infront of his name he can abused us. *stupid mindset*

After he finish seeing our doctor. He stood at the counter asking for our attention when we are obviously very busy attending to other patient. He wanted us to give him immediate attention. When i attend to him, he just wanted a mask. Saying that because he is in "THIS" enviroment. The "THIS" is refering to our clinic.

The rest of the evening is also a chaos. There is lots of dressing patient in the Q. Patient who came in with asthmatic attack. 3 more patient came in because they fainted in the public. And dr andrew want me to do an ECG n HyperCount for 1 of the patient. It was really chaos. I dun even have time to breath!
